Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Unless an order qualifies for free shipping, payment for shipping will be collected with purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
International Shipping
WheelchairLoop ships to customers worldwide via DHL and other international carriers. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Oversized Items
Due to carrier restrictions, items exceeding standard dimensions may incur additional shipping surcharges. Contact us before ordering oversized items for an accurate shipping quote.
P.O. Box & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS. We are also able to ship to military APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
Address Changes
We can modify your shipping address before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
